happy Spring

Well, the weather is gloomy and depressing here -- but this makes me happy. On a leisurely 'stroll' the other day, I took my kitchen shears and snipped little branches of blossoms around my neighborhood. Hopefully I didn't look too crazy. I then put them in 9 different baby jars hot-glued together into a square, and wrapped some lace around it. A cheap way to get some fresh florals into my kitchen.

I sooooo wish I could make my little girl's nursery look like this adorable room:

(And I could handle having that rug in every room in my house!!)
